Gogoluxe worked closely with the brand to:

  • Develop a merchandising plan for the upcoming season, which in part included matching new fabrics to key silhouettes
  • Refine strategy on new styles and idea development for the new collection
  • Review previous seasons to analyze best selling silhouettes, out of which came plan to update key pieces for a refreshed look
  • Develop wholesale plan to target new showroom acquisition
  • Define global retail targets
  • Advise on merchandise collection to ensure relevance in various international markets
